作者简介
凯西·施瓦尔贝(Kathy Schwalbe) 明尼苏达奥格斯堡学院商务管理系教授,主讲项目管理、商业问题求解、系统分析与设计、信息系统项目和电子商务等课程。作为明尼苏达大学的兼职教师,她为工程系的研究生讲授项目管理课程。同时,她还为一些组织提供培训和咨询服务,并在一些会议上发表演讲。在1991年进入学术界之前,她在工业界工作过10年。她曾是一名空军军官、系统分析师、项目经理、高级工程师和IT顾问。凯西女士还是PMI(美国项目管理协会)的活跃分子,负责PMl明尼苏达分会学生会的联络工作,担任明尼苏达分会分管教育的副主席,以及《ISSIG评论》联络和编辑部主管,她还是PMl考题编写组成员。 凯西女士毕业于圣母玛丽亚大学,获得数学学士学位;在美国东北大学的高科技MBA项目完成了MBA的学习,最终在明尼苏达大学的高等教育学院获得博士学位。
