李威, 1993年毕业于复旦大学医学院(原上海医科大学)。2002年获得英国利物浦大学工商管理学硕士学位(市场营销专业)。从事教育工作10余年,主要教学及研究方向为市场营销、生产运营管理、区域经济和体育经济等。曾赴英国、美国、韩国学习和访问及工作。在《人民日报》、《辽宁日报》及相关学术期刊上发表论文10余篇。
王大超,沈阳师范大学教授、博士生导师。现任沈阳师范大学副校长,兼任辽宁省委省政府决策咨询委员、辽宁省市场经济学会副理事长、辽宁省经济文化发展促进会副理事长、全国管理学会理事、辽宁省哲学社会科学成果奖学科评审组专家。多年来承担社会主义市场经济理论、管理经济学、市场营销学等研究生、本科生的教学工作。国际市场营销学省级精品课负责人。
从2005年国际市场营销学校级精品课程建设启动到2007年申报辽宁省省级精品课程成功,从2011年被确定为辽宁省“十二五”规划教材到2012年国家“十二五”规划教材的申报,国际市场营销课程建设坚实地、一步一步地走过了7年。在与国外优质教育资源合作的大背景下,沈阳师范大学国际商学院的教学团队始终将课程建设目标定位于教学理念创新、教学模式创新、教学内容创新和教学手段创新。实现创新,特色是关键。本教材坚持国际化、时代化的特色,具体体现在“理论及理论更新+经典及最新的中外案例”和中英文结合的双语模式上。
2007年一个偶然的机缘,“相逢正当时”且“情投意合”地接触到机械工业出版社华章分社,促成了这本书的构思、写作、成稿和最终出版。教材出版后,引起了许多高校的关注,产生了良好的学术反响。这便是我们计划编写第2版的重要原因。
教材第1版问世于2008年,而2008~2012年,看似短暂的4年,却极不平凡。在这几年中,全球发生了太多的重大事件,国际市场也因此发生了太多的变化,其中的许多情况是始料不及的。如果不对第1版教材进行修订、更新,其内容特别是中外大量案例显然将滞后于国内外形势的发展。在机械工业出版社华章分社的强烈建议、敦促下,本书在第1版的基础上进行了比较系统的更新。

国际市场营销学是极具中国特色的营销教材。本书的初稿是本科层次的英文教材,辅以中文的关键词和关键理论。因为在写作前的市场调研中,我们发现目前我国高校使用的市场营销、国际市场营销和市场营销管理类教材有两类:一类是引进的原版教材,普遍存在的问题是难度较大、内容较多(多为硕士层次的教材),案例与中国企业、中国市场之间的关联度不够,学生理解和应用起来不够方便;另一类是传统模式的教材,普遍情况是案例较少,理论的时效性不强,讲述不够生动。因此,我们力图编写一本适用于中国高校的国际市场营销学本科教材,该教材应充分体现出以下特点:①创新的视角,即立足于中国的视角和中国的市场环境,研究并探讨中国企业的国际化营销和国际企业的中国营销;②贴近中国的商务环境,大量结合中国的市场案例,针对中国市场和中国消费者的特点;③强调营销的最新趋势,使相关理论和资料数据得以更新;④借鉴国外教材,辅以大量的案例分析、图片展示;⑤采用中英文双语教材的模式,以中文为主,提供英文重点词汇和关键词(这是与我们初稿不同的地方,在改动的时候,我们还是很犹豫,毕竟英文教材原稿凝聚了我们太多的心血和智慧,历时两年多,经过两轮的使用和多次修改);⑥采用中英文案例,原则上避免反向翻译造成的不必要的语言表达上的差异。
在本书的编写过程中,我们做了很多尝试,涉及以往教材中不曾提及的,营销实践中不曾遇到的,课程教学中不曾思考的问题。无论是对新的教学思路的探索,还是对新的教学模式的尝试,无论是对国内外最新理论的追踪,还是对中国营销实践的描述和分析,都只是最原始的实践积累和最质朴的成果总结,是我们在前进过程中为了更好地发展而进行的驻足反思,是集前人丰硕成果的跬步积累,是吸纳并获取更多专家、学者与教师建议和意见的平台。
